Tim Catlett

Tim’s background and experience consists of over four decades of hands-on experience in the HVAC and plumbing industry. Starting his career at just 15 years old in his family’s business, he grew into the role of Vice President, where he helped shape the company’s success. After a well-deserved retirement, Tim now serves as a valued consultant for his son’s company, sharing his extensive knowledge and expertise.

His personal interests and hobbies include, spending time with his family, attending and serving at his church, Grace Chapel Minerva, hunting, and fishing.

Tim’s favorite part of the job is knowing that his years of knowledge and experience are making a meaningful impact.

One fun fact about Tim is that he would rather be running around in his Kubota instead of doing anything else.

His favorite scripture is Proverbs 20:29 – “The glory of young men is their strength, but the splendor of old men is their gray hair.”
